about

I don't think it's a stretch to say that this year, 2020, has been trying for everyone. In one way or another, everything we held dear, everything we planned, everything we hoped for, has been upturned and tossed into a scrap heap. But at the same time, we've prevailed in so many ways. We've adapted, we've shifted, we've found a way to keep going. It hasn't been easy, especially for musicians. In the wake of lost gigs, closed venues, social distancing, and so much else, the creative outlets we all thrive off of and rely on have almost completely disappeared. Most of us have turned to recording solo, sending sessions back and forth remotely, and continuing to create in spite of the need to stay apart. For what it's worth, this is a little collection of my own explorations, creations, emotions, and releases from the past 7 months or so. Most of this was recorded without the intention of releasing it as a package, but sharing music is a must in these times. Music heals, so I'm sharing some of my own healing. I hope it helps, and that you enjoy it.
